She then told me I could have a smoking room I told her I had quit and a smoking room was a bad idea.
The person at the desk just stood there looked as us a said they do not hold room. When we got there we were told that they had given our room away because we were a late arrival we informed them that we had told the personnel in reservation that we were going to be a late arrival and we had also called early that day to tell them. We saw that it only had 2 adults so we called back and was told that it was good and the room had 2 QN Beds. An when I got my paper it stated Room Type Premium QN N/S. We also told them that there would be 3 adults and we were told that there would not be any extra charge. The person who took our reservation said that it was no problem. When we made the Reservation on Sat 1:39pm we informed them that we wanted a non smoking room and it would also be a late arrival.
